stayed for 1 night n it was amazin! felt like a home away from home. every little detail was well thought out, loved the spa treatment we got with a massage and facial. the staff were super friendly and always made us feel welcome, the room was stunning! def gonna be back for sure.
only thing was that maybe the parking could be a bit easier n breakfast could’ve been better, it was okay but not great.

The room was super cozy and had a record player, which was such a fun touch. The lighting was perfect for making everything feel homey, and the little details really made a difference—like the fresh milk and complimentary snacks. The ensuite was nice and modern too! My only complaint would be the confusing light switches. I had to guess a few times. a lovely stay!

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Minster and took a stroll along the river. The breakfast selection was fab, and the complimentary pantry was a great perk. Rooms were comfy and clean, perfect for a group getaway.
One downside was the lack of labels on the numerous switches in the room, which made it confusing at times.

Great stay, lovely staff!
Had a fun time! The staff were super friendly, especially at breakfast. The room was comfy, but a shower head was missing for a bit. The pantry was awesome, wish we knew about filling the water bottle earlier! Breakfast was hit or miss though. one day was yummy, but the next. yikes! nice place.

The hotel was delightful, with comfortable rooms and great breakfast options. the penalty of only one phial of shower gel for two guests felt a bit inconsiderate. The ambiance was lovely, but the parking situation could have been communicated better.
